The color mixing machine is a machine which makes the plastic particles (or tree powder) roll and collide and rub at high speed, and makes the material evaporate quickly from the exhaust pipe while mixing the color to achieve the purpose of drying.
混色機特點：
1. 桶體采用進口不銹鋼制造，焊接牢固，表面光亮，易清洗。
2. 360度旋轉混合，入料，出料任意定位，操作方便。
3. 網孔保護罩，結構合理，美觀實用，確保操作安全。
4. 計時器可在0-30分鐘之間選擇混料時間。
Features of color mixer:

混色機操作規程：
一、始業點檢:
1. 檢查攪拌葉片是否有松動，潤滑是否良好。
2. 開機空轉，檢查有無異常響聲和其它異常情況，確認一切正常后方可開機工作。
3. 檢查攪拌筒里有無異物，是否干凈。
4. 檢查安全開關是否靈活，有效。
二、安全操作:
1. 將各種物料按工藝要求的配方度量和數量加入到混色機內。
2. 將蓋子蓋好后才能起動電機，并按照規定的時間攪拌。
3. 運轉過程中嚴禁將手伸進混色機里抓料，如需查看，應先停機。
4. 如需清理機器，應先切斷電源，方可進行操作。
三、停機操作:
1. 停機后應關好機臺電源，關下漏電開關，切斷電源方可離崗。
2. 停機后，應把設備擦干凈，特別是相互轉動的部位，嚴禁有灰塵堆積。
Operation rules of color mixing machine:
I. Initial inspection:
1. Check whether the stirring blade is loose and whether the lubrication is good.
2. Start idling, check whether there is abnormal sound and other abnormal conditions, and confirm everything is normal before starting work.
3. Check whether there are foreign bodies in the mixing cylinder and whether it is clean.
4. Check whether the safety switch is flexible and effective.
Two, safe operation:
1. Add all kinds of materials to the color mixer according to the formula measurement and quantity required by the process.
2. Put the cover on before starting the motor, and stir according to the specified time.
3. In the process of operation, it is forbidden to put your hａnd into the color mixer to grasp the material. If you need to check, stop the machine first.
4. If the machine needs to be cleaned, the power should be cut off before operation.
Three, stop operation:
1. After stopping the machine, turn off the power supply of the machine, turn off the leakage switch, and cut off the power supply before leaving the post.
2. After shutdown, the equipment should be thoroughly wiped clean, especially the parts that rotate each other, no dust accumulation is prohibited.
