塑料地板開槽后將產生大量的刨花，SMF50/40主要用于對該刨花的磨粉回收。該機型直接安裝于脈沖除塵器卸料口，可實現一體化回收利用，節能環保的理想機型。
SMF50/40型磨粉機由電動機、旋轉刀軸、動刀、機架、機座、箱體、料門等主要部件組成。進料口處設有格擋裝置，防止塑料反彈。上機架設有磨條，增加摩擦。旋轉刀軸上裝有36把可卸式合金刀片，用鈍后可單獨拆下刀片，旋轉180°重新裝上再使用，增加刀片使用壽命。工作極為方便，有效的降低勞動強度，改善生產作業環境，深受用戶歡迎。
General Information： After grooving the plastic floor, a large number of particles will be produced. SMF50/40 is mainly used for grinding that particles. The machine is directly installed in the discharge outlet of the pulse dust collector, which can realize the ideal model of integrated recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.
The SMF50/40 plastic pulverizer consists of the main components such as electric motor, rotating cutter shaft, moving knife, frame, base, box and material door. A blocking device is provided at the inlet to prevent plastic from rebounding. The upper frame is provided with a grinding rod to increase friction. There are 36 removable alloy blades on the rotating cutter shaft. After being blunt, the blade can be removed separately, rotated 180° and re-installed to increase the service life of the blade. The work is extremely convenient, effectively reducing the labor intensity and improving the production environment, and is very popular among users.
