設備由結晶干燥、擠出主機、三輥壓光、在線測厚、片材預熱、單向拉伸、定型裝置、涂油、覆膜、自動收卷等部件組成。
該設備生產的PET制品通過單向拉伸及定型后，不但兼有BOPET優良的透明度、抗張強度、耐沖擊、耐熱、耐寒、尺寸穩定等性能；而且兼有常規PET片材易折痕、熱成型之優點！是一種BOPET和常規PET各自性能短板的補充！
