• 特點
  1. 塑料是在熔體狀態下被刀片切下，經循環水冷卻后凝固，不同粘度的高聚物均可采用這種切粒形式，熔體狀態下切粒不會產生任何粉塵，而且切粒形狀規整，包裝、運輸均比較方便；
  2. 根據擠出量自動匹配調節模頭的出料量和切粒速度，來改變切粒的大小，也可以人工采用不同刀片數量的刀架來改變切粒大小和形狀；
  3. 本機把切粒、冷卻融為一體，省去了4-6m長的冷水槽，大大減少了占地面積。
