C系列 適用于數控機床成型行業

單工位立式（桁架）機械手
單工位立式（桁架）機械手，主要針對單臺數控機床配置的自動上下料裝備，滿足零部件的單工序自動化生產。
機械手采用高強度鋼梁、雙立柱架構，純模塊化設計，適用于軸類、盤類、圓環等各種工件的自動上下料。
具備靈活通用、移動速度快、定位精度高、使用壽命長等優點。
Simplex position vertical (truss) manipulator, mainly for single CNC machine tool configuration of automatic loading and unloading equipment, to meet the parts of the single process automation production.

雙工位立式（桁架）機械手，主要針對兩臺數控機床配置的自動上下料裝備，滿足零部件的單工序同步生產或雙工序換序生產。
機械手采用高強度鋼梁，多立柱架構，根據工件的實際加工節拍與工序需要，可選用單手臂或雙手臂配置，實現單機循環模式或雙機協作模式，**程度實現無人化生產。
自動上料、自動下料、自動裝夾、自動吹屑、并將完工件自動放置在料倉等連續性全自動作，代替了人工裝夾。
