PS1350主要適用于破碎25mm以下的發泡塑料板材和各種木塑墻板。臥式切屑粉碎機主要由蝸輪蝸桿減速電機、機殼、組合螺旋齒刀盤、主動軸等零件組成。減速電機采用直連蝸輪蝸桿減速電機，直接安裝在粉碎機主動軸上，通過齒輪變速傳至從動軸，使主從動軸與從動軸上螺旋齒刀盤形成相對運動。主從動軸上的螺旋齒刀盤交錯排列，使物料進入后，同時受到擠、撕、剪的作用，使物料得到破碎。
General Information：PS1350 is mainly suitable for breaking foamed plastic panels under 25mm and various wood-plastic wallboards. The horizontal Dual drive shredder is mainly composed of reducer motor, casing, combined spiral tooth cutter, dual driving shaft and other parts. The reduction motor is directly installed on the drive shaft of the shredder, and is transmitted to the driven shaft through gear transmission, so that the main driven shaft and the helical gear cutter on the driven shaft form relative movement. The spiral tooth cutters on the main and driven shafts are staggered, so that after the materials enter, they are simultaneously squeezed, torn, and sheared, so that the materials are broken.

多數事故的發生都是因為沒有遵守簡單的安全規程。在機器設有危險標志，請勿違反警示操作。
在設備通電或運轉的情況下，不要維修，潤滑或清潔設備。

Do not repair, lubricate, or clean the equipment while the equipment is energized or running.
3.2安全操作規程 Regulations for safe operation
在你詳細了解使用說明書之前不要操作設備。
- 設備在完好的狀態下在能夠使用，（使用前）要確認電纜是否損壞，控制器，指示燈以及控制部件是否處于完好狀態。
- 在啟動設備前，要確認是否所有的部件都安裝好，安全可靠，有沒有其它的物體放在設備上，并確認沒有人在設備上工作。
- 沒有防護板時不能運行設備。
- 不要移動蓋板和限位開關等安全裝置
- 任何時候都不要踩踏設備。
- 在設備的運行過程中，聽一聽是否有異常的噪音，如果有，停機，并找出原因解決問題。
- 時常保持工作區域清潔。
- 暴風雪天氣不建議繼續工作。

3.3維修安全規程 Maintenance safety regulations
任何的維修工作必須有資格的人員根據設備制造商所提供的說明書進行。在熟悉維修說明書之前不要進行任何的維修工作。
- 在開始任何維修工作之前，都要拔掉電源插頭。
- 即使在設備停止而電源插頭沒有拔出之前，不要清掃設備或外圍設備。
- 在更換電器部件時，首先要將電源插頭拔出。只能使用和以前型號一樣的部件替換報廢部件。
- 不要將防護板限位開關等安全裝置移開，如果在維修過程不可避免要將安全設置暫停或移開，那么設備僅能由特殊的人使用，且此人必須要保證避免造成人身傷害和設備損壞。
- 在安全裝置維修復位之前，不要使用設備。
- 時刻保持維修區域清潔。
- 更換部件和其它東西時，要提前與原來的型號進行對比，并要符合標準。
- 只能使用的潤滑油和油脂或相同的。
在維修過程中，不要將工具或其它物體放在設備上。
