PP PE拉鏈擠出機
該機是我廠自行設計，自行制造的夾鏈擠出機，更換模具制作各種形狀的夾鏈，該機由主擠出機、模具定型、冷卻水恒溫裝置、脫水裝置、風干裝置、夾鏈合口裝置組成，模具具有結構靈活、裝卸方便等優點。
This cartridge clip extruder was independently researched and manufactured by our company. Its moulds of different specifications can be replaced. It is composed of extruder, mould former, cold water constant shaper, de-water device, drier, and cartridge clip sealing device, featuring in versatile moulds and convenience in assembling and dismounting.
主要特點/main characteristic
1、 該機采用的模具，采用*的九十度擠出。
2、 該機采用的料筒，螺桿是采用優質的合金鋼，并經過表面鍍鉻處理，有很強的耐磨性，耐高溫性和耐變型性，配的是不銹鋼冷水箱，可隨意調節高低位置。
3、 主副機采用變頻調速，使生產的夾鏈品質更加穩定。

2、 Its cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel, of which their surface were chromated, featuring in strong wearing, high temperature resistance ability and resistance ability to deforming. It’s allocated with a stainless steel cold water tank that can be adjusted up and down at random.
3、 Its master and secondary motors adopted frequency governors, which can stabilize its production of cartridge clips.
