一、噴糙土工膜機(jī)組概述

目前糙面土工膜的生產(chǎn)通常有噴絲加糙法、充氮加糙法,軋花輥壓延法。其中噴絲加糙法屬于二次成型,是通過(guò)特殊的噴塑設(shè)備噴絲,將熔融狀的塑料絲涂在所需加糙的土工膜表面,經(jīng)過(guò)冷卻從而制得糙面土工膜的一種方法。該生產(chǎn)方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下:
1、與充氮加糙法相比,不會(huì)在土工膜表面或內(nèi)部形成氣泡或孔洞等從而降低土工膜的各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。
2、與軋花輥壓延法相比,設(shè)備投資相對(duì)小,加工周期短,而且壓延法生產(chǎn)的糙面土工膜表面均一,平整,表面摩擦力相對(duì)小,如需不同規(guī)格糙面需不斷更換花輥。
3、由于噴絲加糙法是在土工膜生產(chǎn)后二次加糙,所以對(duì)土工膜生產(chǎn)時(shí)原料要求寬松。而且對(duì)于不論有吹膜設(shè)備還是有壓延設(shè)備的廠家,都不需要設(shè)備改造即可生產(chǎn)糙面土工膜。
4、噴絲加糙法適合生產(chǎn)不同厚度的糙面土工膜。
