已有50多年歷史的美國UNIST研究開發的微量潤滑系統(Minimum Quantity Lubricants & Near Dry Machining)采用微量霧式噴射方式,將極少量切削油與壓縮氣體混合霧化后噴射到切削區,實現對切削加工的潤滑冷卻作用,是MQL金屬加工技術的者。
微量潤滑系統UNI-MAX是將微量潤滑油準確噴射到*和工件之間加工部位的給油機。
