PS發(fā)泡片材擠出機PS FOAM SHEET EXTRUSION LINE

簡介 Applications:

本機采用*的雙極串聯(lián)發(fā)泡技術(shù)，以聚苯乙烯為原料。原料在擠出過程中經(jīng)高壓注入發(fā)泡劑，經(jīng)模頭擠出發(fā)泡，經(jīng)定型鼓冷卻定型切割，經(jīng)牽引收卷后完成PS發(fā)泡卷材生產(chǎn)的全過程。也可以用聚乙烯為主要原料做高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PE發(fā)泡產(chǎn)品。PS發(fā)泡片材是一種新型的包裝材料，不但有珍珠般的外觀色澤，還具有隔熱、隔音、耐沖擊、保溫、防潮、安全衛(wèi)生等優(yōu)點，廣泛用于食品、水果、電子、日用品、五金制品等多種產(chǎn)品的包裝及廣告板。

PS foam sheet extrusion line adopts advances double-stage series foam technology,use PS（polystyrene） granule as main material.The material after being put into the extruder hopper,being melt and plastified with the agent in the screw,it will e extruded out through the die.It si cooling molded and cut at the colling drum,then through the traction and collecting part to get the PS foam sheet rolls.Using LDPE as main material can get high standard PE foam sheet rolls. PS foam sheet is a new type of packing material, not only have pearlescent appearance but also have characters of good heat and noise insulation,cushion protection,heating protection,moisture resistance,safe and clean,etc.It is widely used in the packing sphere of food,fruit,electron,commodity,hardware products.It also can used to produce advertisement board.
