該機(jī)是我廠自行設(shè)計，自行制造的夾鏈擠出機(jī)，更換模具制作各種形狀的夾鏈，該機(jī)由主擠出機(jī)、模具定型、冷卻水恒溫裝置、脫水裝置、風(fēng)干裝置、夾鏈合口裝置組成，模具具有結(jié)構(gòu)靈活、裝卸方便等優(yōu)點。

This cartridge clip extruder was independently researched and manufactured by our company. Its moulds of different specifications can be replaced. It is composed of extruder, mould former, cold water constant shaper, de-water device, drier, and cartridge clip sealing device, featuring in versatile moulds and convenience in assembling and dismounting.

1、 該機(jī)采用的模具，采用*的九十度擠出。

2、 該機(jī)采用的料筒，螺桿是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的合金鋼，并經(jīng)過表面鍍鉻處理，有很強(qiáng)的耐磨性，耐高溫性和耐變型性，配的是不銹鋼冷水箱，可隨意調(diào)節(jié)高低位置。

3、 主副機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，使生產(chǎn)的夾鏈品質(zhì)更加穩(wěn)定。

It’s allocated with a stainless steel cold water tank that can be adjusted up and down at random.

3、 Its master and secondary motors adopted frequency governors, which can stabilize its production of cartridge clips.
