| 用途及特點: SJSZ系列錐形雙螺桿擠出機是一種適合于將各類PVC粉料擠制成型的設備,配以相應的螺桿、擠出模頭料、輔機,可將PVC粉料直接擠制成異形材、板材,管材、中空片材、膜等,也可完成對各種塑料的改性及粉料造粒過程。采用特殊設計的機筒螺桿結構,主驅動電機可選擇直流或交流電動機;喂料采用強制喂料,高性能的減速扭矩分配系統。機筒加熱采用溫控儀器自動控制溫度,保證了對物料工藝溫度的精確控制;機筒冷卻系統采用風機強制冷卻:電器設有多項報警功能,分段故障報警,便于檢修;配備有真空排氣裝置和電流過載螺桿安全保護裝置。 | Use and application: SJSZ series conical twin screws extruder is one kind of specialized equipments that fitfor extruding PVC powder into varied shapes. Matching with accordingly screws,extrusion die,downstream,it can extrucle PVC powder into profile,plate,hollowform,sheet,film etc.Moreover,lt can modify the property of all kinds of plastic and makeplastic granules with powder.
