-PLC,主電控柜和電纜
1) 1 electrical cabinet with: a PLC Siemens S7 200 (Europe standard for1 machine, Chinese standard for 1 machine) and a panel brａnd “Siemens, a safety line with 2 channels (1 button on the electrical box, 1 near the mixing head), all the electrical equipment and the wiring will be to Europe standard.
-一個裝有Siemens S7 200 (一個歐洲標準, 一個中國標準), Siemens品牌的觸摸屏,一個雙通道的安全繼電器(急停按鈕一個在槍頭,一個在主控柜,一個在加料箱),所有的電氣元件和電線必須符合歐洲標準.
2) 1 small electric box fixed on the support of the mixing head with buttons to start the pouring, choose the pouring program (6 programmes), move the cleaning piston, stop the machine in case of emergency.
-槍頭支架上固定一個小的電控盒,電控盒上裝有 ‘注射開始’, ‘程序選擇’(6個程序),’移動清理位置按鈕’和’急停按鈕’等.
3) On the panel it must be possible to:
-觸摸屏上必須能實現以下功能
· Set 15 pouring time on 1 or 2 cavities ( cavity can be different)

· Set all the timer defined during the design

· Select a calibration mode at the mixing head

· Set the density and the K factor for Iso and polyol

2.1.6 Crane and support of mixing head
-吊臂
1) a support for the mixing head with a crane, (2,4m long), a cylinder to up and down the mixing head, it must be on rotation of 120 and in translation adjustment for ± 250 mm
-槍頭裝在一個氣缸驅動上下2.4長的吊臂上,吊臂必須能轉動120°,槍頭能上下± 250 mm.
2) For the transport, the support must be retractable or dismantle: maximum width of the machine 2,2m
-為了方便運輸,吊臂必須能拆裝,設備寬度2.2m
3) the cylinder will be controlled by a 5/3 solenoid valve or manual valve. Provide a safety connector for the down direction of the crane
-氣缸必須用五位三通換向閥或一個手動閥,吊臂向下的方向要裝有安全控制閥.
4) design the support a the mixing head for a work across from the PU machine, for a good ergonomic position and for easy acces to the sensors, the mixing chamber adjustment and the cleaning of injectors
-工人操作槍頭時面朝設備，為調整接近開關，噴嘴和清理設計一個合理的位置。
2.2. General remarks
一般標識
§ All the bases, frames and fixed elements will be green/blue RALL 5021.
-所有底座，支架和不動的部件均為綠色或藍色 色碼RALL 5021
§ All the mobile elements: crane will be red RALL 2002.
-所有可移動的部分均為：吊臂為紅色 色碼 :RALL 2002
§ All the safety system, grids will be yellow RALL 1003.
-所有的安全裝置,護欄為黃色 色碼RALL1003
§ The power is 380V (50Hz); all the main components must be to Europe standard.
-電源為380V50Hz,所有主要部件均要符合歐洲標準.
§ Provide CE certification for European machine.
-為歐洲設備提供CE認證
The machine will be tested (without PU) and checked by client, dismantled by yourself and, installed and started by client in the Europe and in china.
設備在賣方工廠測試(不用ISO和POLY),由客戶檢驗,拆解包裝由賣方執行.安裝和上料測試由客戶自行在客戶工廠進行.
